PANDEMICA is a slow-burn world simulation in which you play a 17th-century plague doctor

with too much influence and too few cures. The world ticks on without you: nations farm,

trade, migrate, declare war, lay sieges and sign treaties — while diseases mutate under

the pressure of your own remedies.
